It is SEC Championship Time Again!

The Georgia Bulldogs and Louisiana Tigers are preparing for the SEC Championship game. The SEC Championship will be held at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. There are mixed opinions on who will win. Many people have said Georgia has a great defense and will win, but other people have said they are not ready to play LSU, because they beat Alabama. LSU is still undefeated and a great team, so it will be an interesting game that could be very close.
Many Georgia fans think that Georgia really has a chance to win the game because they play hard and do not give up. Michael McBurnett, of Powder Springs, GA, stated, “I do feel they are ready, I just hope the young ones are going to produce lie the hurt ones.” McBurnett went on to explain, “We have a chance to win because our defense is up for LSU.” McBurnett also stated, “I predict the score will be within 17 to 10 or 20 to 17 with Georgia ahead.”
Many people say if Georgia wins they will be so happy because Georgia worked for it. Sara Rivera, a junior of Hillgrove High School, stated, “ I am rooting for Georgia and I would be super proud if they won.” Rivera continued to say, “Hopefully we do win the game, that would be great.” Rivera stated, “ I think to win we have to step up our defense even more than what we have now, but we also have to score and have a good offense.”
Some people would like for Georgia to win because they live in Georgia or are from Georgia but they do not really follow football that much. Lydia O'hare, a junior of Hillgrove High School, explained, “I would probably root for Georgia since it is the state we live in. “ O’hare continued, “I am sort of ready for the SEC Championship game but i do not really watch football much.”
Meanwhile, a lot of people are rooting for Georgia, Louisiana also has a lot of people rooting for them. Louisiana is a great, powerful, team but Georgia is pretty good too. Louisiana is still undefeated and Georgia has only lost one game out of their whole season. This matchup will definitely be a good, popular game for many to watch.
