A lyric in his opening song is, “ I had a year that nearly sent me off the edge”. He is talking about how his year has not been the greatest but his new year will be filled with joyous occasions and moments. Most of his songs come from his experiences with others. These songs can be very inspirational.
A lot of people have different tastes in music. His style of music is a bit different than most. Brian Niswonger, a student at Hillgrove High School, says “ I like the atmosphere of the song creates with the different instruments.” His music creates an overall vibe that can affect the listener. Niswonger’s favorite song from the album is “ Pluto Projector”. This song has a very chill vibe. Nina Harris, a fan of Rex Orange County, says her least favorite is “It’s Not The Same Anymore”. This songs expresses his struggle with his mental health. It explains how his life had gotten harder, and he can not avoid his problems anymore. It is a very solemn song with undertones of what most likely sounds like the french horn. His album is very good.
His album has a very indie and alternative feel. It has a great vibe. Listeners of his album are very eager for his future albums and singles to come out. His fans are anxiously waiting for tour dates to come out to see him in concert. The albums he produces are very personal and relatable. This is why he has a lot of fans.
