The New iPhone Update

The new Apple iPhone update has stormed the nation. This new update came out on June 3, but has just recently reached the people. Most people with iPhones have gotten the update and it has some mixed reviews. This new update comes with dark mode, a new way to type on the keyboard, a new lyrics update, and many format changes on a lot of the apps. This update is very useful to the new IPhone.
The Iphone Ipcomes with lots of new features. Some of these include dark mode, live lyrics, new “Memoji” stickers, format changes in most Apple apps, a new app called Shortcuts, and much more. Amelia Bohlen a sophomore at Hillgrove High School , says ,“ It’s super cool. I love the new dark mode and the fact that I can have a “ Memoji” now since my phone is so old.” Originally the Memoji was only on all versions of the Iphone X , but now the older versions of the phone get the update as well. The dark mode seems to be a favorite of most people. It puts less of a strain on a person’s eyes at night when lying in the dark. If you have the new update definitely check out all of the new features.
Normally there is a big buzz about the updates and people become very skeptical on whether to get it or not. Jonathan Cox a guy who knows very much about technology, says, “ I got the update because I always do the updates. Apple has a good track record, and it typically improves the performance of my phone”. Most updates that come are for bug fixes and performance improves on your phone, every time a new number comes out is the biggest update, knowing this it comes with lots of problems and features that need improvement. April Monti a sophomore at Marietta High School,says, “ I have not yet experienced any glitches on my phone, but I'm sure one will come sooner or later.”
Once someone gets an update they may not reverse the update. It is permanently on your phone. Amelia Bohlen exclaims,” No because the dark mode doesn't blind me at night when I’m texting. She is explaining that she would not reverse this update. She also would recommend the update to others and April Monti would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to update their phone. All in all the update should be worth getting considering all the new features and its reviews so far.
