When Halloween comes around everyone remembers Michael Myers. The Michael Myers movies are popular Halloween movies and everyone has been excited to watch the last Michael Myers movie, “Halloween Ends”. Most reviews said they didn’t like the movie as much and it did not meet their expectations.
Aaliyah Elhassan did not like how Michael Myers was barely even in the movie. “He did not even show up until 40 minutes into the movie.” The movie mainly focused on a new character, Corey, that sort of took over the role of Micael Myers for most of the movie. People’s thoughts on this were mostly negative because it showed how weak Michael seemed compared to Corey. “I do not think this was the best Halloween movie because of how weak Michael Myers was in this movie.” Lily Tepp thinks he deserved more screen time and thought Corey was outshining him.
Corey and Allyson’s relationship confused most people. “It’s like she thought Corey was the only good thing in her life, so she ignored all the red flags and did not listen to her grandma when she tried to tell her that she should not be with him.” Aaliyah Elhassen wishes she would have listened to her grandma sooner. Most people at Hillgrove think the relationship was “kind of random and did not really add much to the movie.”
Overall, people did like it, they just think it could have been better since it was the last Halloween movie. “It sucks, but it had to come to an end eventually.” Aaliyah will just have to keep rewatching the Halloween movies. Even though the Halloween movies have come to an end, people will always love watching them and have become an important part of Halloween. We wont be seeing anymore of Michael Myers.
