Was it Really a Home Advantage?

The University of Georgia football games are always very popular to watch in Georgia. The UGA vs Kentucky game happened this past weekend in Kentucky. Many Kentucky fans went to support their team at their home field, but were very disappointed when they ended up losing the game all together.
Kentucky fan, Madelyn LaPrade, when asked if she was excited to watch the game, says, “I was until it began and started going downhill from there.” However, UGA fan, David Jensen, says, “I am glad UGA won, but I wish they would have scored more points.”
Some people watched the game live from the University of Kentucky, but most watched it from their couch at home. “I watched the game from home because who wants to go all the way to Kentucky to watch a football game.”, says Lexi McMaster, a UGA fan. “I watched the game at home because I did not want to go all the way to Kentucky, and I am glad I did not go because it would have been even more difficult to watch them lose live from their home field.”, says Madelyn LaPrade.
Everyone has their highs and lows of a game. David Jensen says, “The television commercials are the worst part about the games. I wish I could just watch the game and not have to deal with all the interruptions for dumb commercials.” Lexi McMaster says, “I was disappointed during the game at many times because UGA made stupid mistakes during some of their plays, but it all worked out in the end because they won the game!” Madelyn LaPrade says, “ I was not happy during the second quarter because Kentucky was losing the game, and we went into halftime losing by eleven freaking points!”
Football is not only about the teams it is about the players who make up the team. “Jake Fromm is my favorite player on the UGA team because he is amazing at playing the game and he is hot.”, says Lexi McMaster. “Terry Wilson Jr. is my favorite player because he plays so well, he is the quarterback, and I am a big fan.”, says Madelyn LaPrade.
No matter who won the game, everyone can all agree that they love their team and football. UGA may have won this game, but who knows, maybe Kentucky will beat them at some point in the coming years. There is always a chance for success.
