Female And Male Soccer

Soccer, which is called football in most countries outside of the United States, is played by 265 million people worldwide. Soccer is a game played on a field between two teams of eleven players each with an objective to propel a round ball into the opponents goal by kicking it or hitting it with any part of your body except your arms or hands. Soccer is a very popular sport around the world that both females and males love to play and watch.
Many of you all might know that the public is more interested in males’ soccer rather than females and you may ask why. Caleb Johnson a sophomore at Hillgrove high school states “man soccer is way more competitive because it's more physical and that’s why a lot of more people pay attention to it.” Males soccer is much more interesting than female soccer, the reason that may be is because men are physically superior in more aspects compared to females. Men are biologically stronger, faster, and have almost every single biological advantage compared to women. Men are more capable to perform high risk jobs.
Not everyone thinks the same. Many people believe that male’s soccer is nothing different compared to female’s soccer. Sebastian Esteves a junior at Hillgrove high school claims “there is nothing different about a female's soccer game and a male the only difference there is the genders.” As many of you all might not know, women's soccer matches tend to run a lot smoother than men’s because women have smaller lungs than men and a smaller amount of oxygen is entered because women are, on average, smaller than men therefore mens soccer games run a lot faster than girls.
Soccer is a very competitive sport that men are usually the ones to take it more seriously than girls but many people believe that soccer should be a game where girls and boys should be able to play together and have fun. Many people think it is too dangerous for a girl to play on a boys’ soccer team because they play rougher than girls. Alex Ortiz a sophomore at Hillgrove high school states “Boys and girls should play separately with their own gender because playing with both genders may come as a disadvantage or an advantage. Physically and mentally.” Which may be true, it is very easy for a boy to take advantage of a girl while playing a game especially if the male is better and has had more training in the past.
For future reference, female soccer and a male soccer should not be introduced together for their own good. It's a risk we shall not take. It could cause high chances of putting an individual in danger. Therefore, we should keep everyone safe and not put anyone at risk for a bad decision.
