The ACE Family is a couple from Los Angeles California. ACE is abbreviated for Austin (the dad), Catherine (the mom), and Elle and Alaïa(the daughters) .They started their YouTube channel back in January 2016. Ever since then, they have grown immensely. They became well known because of their videos of challenges, family life, pranks and vlogs. Their channel is the ninth most famous family YouTube channel, but the 148th most subscribed.They create YouTube content, one video per week, for their 17,395,870 million subscribers and fans. The ACE family is one of the most financially successful youtubers of all time. They earn more than $5 million per year just by the making of entertainment videos. These youtubers have fame. However, with fame comes scandals.
Many rumors have been said about The ACE Family. One being that Austin has cheated on Catherine multiple times. Some people believing that, yes it is true, and others believing no absolutely not because of the way he acts towards his family. Mia Smith, a sophomore at Hillgrove High School, believes, “Most definitely, yeah most definitely.” Smith says that even if it was true that Catherine would not leave Austin. She claims, “I don’t think Catherine will leave Austin. You know they’re making a lot of money together. They go good together. They make a lot of business together, but at the same time I think she knows she deserves better.” Smith is not the only one that thinks Austin is unloyal to his fiance, Catherine. Kailey Wyatt, another sophomore at Hillgrove High School, claims, “Um, most definitely because he is just not loyal. I don’t think that the whole family is, they’re just not loyal to each other at all.” Although many believe that Austin is very unloyal, Karen Garcia-Cano, a freshman at Hillgrove High School, claims that he would never do such a thing. Garcia-Cano states, “Um no, absolutely not because I think since he has two daughters he would think of them first. The amount of love he shows his family, just would not add up to him cheating.” Many people have different opinions on them, but overall they do not care about one single rumor.
There have been more rumors where people say that they are way different in person than they are while being recorded on camera. Fame can get to a person, to where they have so much money they have no idea what to do with it. They think that money can fix anything. Kailey Wyatt says, “ Fame affects them very much because they are so popular on YouTube that everywhere they go they probably see someone, and how they can act so different around their fans. It affects how they live outside of YouTube.” Mia Smith agrees, “I think they’ve kinda lost touch on what it means to be an actual family, and I think they just want to broadcast their own lifes in a fake way.” A lot of people believe that The ACE family is only for money, especially because they would not be anywhere if it were not for all of their fans. Many of their fans, like Garcia-Cano claim that not only do they think they are better than anyone else, but that they are very fake to their fans. She explains, “Um them having so much fame makes them probably think they are better than everyone else, and they take their fan base for granted.” Overall, The ACE Family has more than 17 million fans still supporting them, with or without rumors.
The ACE family is unbothered by all of these rumors. They are still thriving and not caring at all. They plan on becoming bigger and even more successful.
